This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and stores nothing about your visit. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads; everything else — images, styles and scripts — is served from this site itself.

The enquiry form

The trip enquiry form does not submit anything to a server. It assembles what you have typed into a message and hands it to WhatsApp or to your own email application, where you can read and edit it before you choose to send it. Nothing is transmitted until you send it yourself.

What we do with your enquiry

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we use what you send only to answer you and to arrange the trip you have asked about. To do that we may need to pass relevant details — usually names, passport information and dietary or medical requirements — to the specific airlines, hotels, camps and national park authorities involved in your booking.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while we are helping you, and booking records for as long as Tanzanian tax and business record-keeping rules require. You can ask us to delete anything we hold that we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

Write to info@northernwonderexpeditiontz.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

This notice describes how we handle information in practice. If your booking is subject to a specific legal regime, ask us and we will confirm the position in writing.
